Some wines are capable of ageing and improve over time to develop tertiary aromas. After each harvest, we set aside some of our "La Braise d’Enfer" and "Dézaley-Marsens" bottles, both made from Chasselas, to produce wines for our Great Vintages collection. These terroirs age well and will rekindle your passion for this grape variety. The collection also includes our "La Réserve des Héraults" Pinot Noir as a special treat for connoisseurs of this fine red wine.
